Makhdumiyah Steel

We are located over in Sonu Comp on New Rifil Road. It is a busy part of Jogeshwari West and things stay pretty loud around here most of the time. Narayan Pillai Street is right there too. We are mostly surrounded by other commercial places so there is always someone moving metal or driving a truck nearby. Makhdumiyah Steel is what we call the place but it is really just a workshop where we keep busy. The air always smells a bit like iron and dust. We don't have a big office or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we can work without being bothered. The building is number 2 in the compound and it can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking for the signs. We spend our days mostly dealing with the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the roof. We usually have the door open to let some air in even if it means the street noise comes in too. Most of the people who come by are regulars from the other shops around Oshiwara. We don't bother with anything flashy because it wouldn't last long in a place like this anyway. It is just a regular spot for honest work and we stay until the sun goes down.
