We are located over at the Dena Industrial Estate in Majiwada, right near the Universal Petrol Pump. It’s a busy part of Kapurbowdi, and the G.B. Road traffic is something we deal with every single morning. The workshop is usually a bit of a mess with wires, control panels, and tools lying around on the benches. We do a lot of engineering work here, mostly focusing on electrical controls and technical setups. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find fancy decor. We have grease on our hands most of the time and the sound of machines is just background noise to us now. The office is tucked into one corner of the estate, and it can get pretty loud when the neighboring units are in full swing. We usually get our tea from the small stall near the petrol pump. It is a small crew of us working here. We’ve been in this spot for quite a few years and we know most of the other shop owners around the estate. It is a practical way to spend the day, just fixing things and making sure the panels are wired up correctly. We don’t really have a big sales pitch or anything. We just show up, do the engineering work that needs doing, and head home when it’s finished. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is due, but that is just how it goes in this line of work for us.
