We are over in Ambernath East, specifically in Wing Udyog Bhavan No-2. It’s right across from the Godrej Industries place in the Additional Midc area. Being in an industrial zone means there is always noise and trucks moving around. Maitech has been operating out of F-4-E for some time now. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly workstations and people focused on their tasks. Most of our work is technical and happens inside the office. The building is one of those standard industrial blocks you see everywhere in this part of town. Getting here can be a bit of a hassle during peak hours because of the traffic near the factory gates. We usually start early and stay until the job is finished. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have. We don't spend much on decorations. The focus is always on the machines and the projects we have going. Sometimes the power fluctuates a bit but we have backups for that. It’s just how it is working in Midc. We know our neighbors and mostly keep to ourselves. If you need to find us, just look for the sign near the entrance of the Udyog Bhavan. We’ve been through several cycles of business here. We just keep moving forward with whatever the current project demands. It's a busy place but we like it. We have a solid routine going on here.
