If you know Ulhasnagar 4, you know how crowded it gets near the Daha Chawl road. Our office for Mahimtura Consultants is on the second floor of Shivpooja Palace, room 204. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s okay once you get inside. The building has been here for years. It isn't always quiet because of the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to the noise of the bikes and rickshaws. We started small and we’ve just stayed in this same spot. It’s convenient for us because most things we need are just a short walk away. We spend our days going through site plans and talking to clients on the phone. It isn't very glamorous work, but it needs to be done. We have a small tea stall downstairs that we go to twice a day. The guys here are local and we’ve known most people in the building for a long time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign outside. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It’s a simple setup we have here. We like it that way because it keeps things easy to manage. We aren't looking to move anytime soon because this place feels like home now.
