We’ve been at Shop No 1 on Kashi Mira Road for quite a while now. Most people find us because we are situated right opposite the Sai Baba Mandir. It gets really busy around here, especially in the mornings when folks are looking for rides or checking on their bookings. We just handle the travel arrangements and make sure the drivers are ready to go. It’s not a big fancy office, just a small shop where we keep our registers and take calls throughout the day. Sometimes the traffic on the road is a total mess, but we manage somehow. My cousin helps me out with the paperwork and keeping things organized. We started this business because there was a clear need for local transport around the Bhayander East area. It is mostly regular people coming in, asking about prices for trips to the city or maybe further out for the weekend. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the desk and the landline phone. The temple across the street brings a lot of foot traffic to our door. On Tuesdays, it gets especially crowded and we often have to squeeze past people just to get into the shop. We keep a few plastic chairs for people to sit while they wait for their cars. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but the name Maharashtra Travels is still visible enough for anyone looking for us. We just try to get through the daily bookings.
