Our office is at 3 Kaustubh in Adarsh Colony, which is part of Kopri Colony in Thane East. We are situated right opposite Mangala High School. It is a very familiar spot for anyone who lives in this part of Thane. During school hours, you can hear the kids and the bells ringing, which gives the place a lot of life. Madhukar Sathaye & Associates has been here for years. The building is a regular residential-commercial mix, so it feels very grounded. We don't have any fancy signage or expensive lobby. It is just a simple office where we sit and handle our professional work. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or those who have been coming to us for a long time. We have a lot of cupboards filled with old files and documents. It's the kind of place where we offer a glass of water to anyone who walks in. We don't use any marketing tricks to get people through the door. We just stay open during our regular hours and do the work that needs doing. Kopri East has a different pace than the West side, and we appreciate the slightly slower feel of things here. It is a humble workplace where we focus on being helpful and getting the details right without any extra drama. We are just a local team doing our best in the Adarsh Colony community.
