The office isn’t huge, but it fits us just right. We’ve got our setups and our routine, and we don’t really deviate from it much. People often ask why we are tucked away in a society instead of a big IT park, and it’s mostly because we like the peace and quiet here. It lets us concentrate on the technology side of things without the constant noise of a massive office building. The Dhankude Wasti area is quite familiar to us now, and we know the best times to avoid the traffic on the main Baner roads. Most of our days are spent at our desks, working through whatever tasks are at hand. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work well from our base in Kojagiri Sneh Park. It’s a practical setup that works for the kind of people we are. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There is no complicated structure here, just the tech work.
