We’ve been out here on Mahim Road in Palghar West for quite a bit now. If you know this part of town, it’s mostly just people getting on with their jobs every day. Our building is easy to spot once you get off the main road. Most of us here have been working together for years, so it feels more like a regular workplace than some big fancy office. We spend most of our time making sure the medicines get packed and sent out the right way. It’s not very glamorous work, to be honest. There’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the machines are running like they should. Palghar is a bit far from the main city traffic, which is nice in some ways, though the rainy season makes the roads a bit of a mess. We usually start early in the morning and by the time we’re done, the sun is starting to set over the trees. It’s a quiet life here compared to Mumbai. We don't have any big speeches or slogans to show off. We just come in, do what we are supposed to do, and go home to our families. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big shipment needs to go out, but we manage to get it done. We’ve grown over time, sure, but the way we work hasn’t changed that much. Just steady work, day after day. We’ve become a part of the local landscape, and we plan to stay that way.
