Watson Pharma is based out of CBD-Belapur in Navi Mumbai. Our office is on the fourth floor of the F 6/8 building in Sector-3. It’s a pretty standard business area with lots of other companies around. We deal with pharmaceutical matters. It’s a lot of technical talk and making sure everything meets the regulations. We aren't out there selling medicine on the streets; we handle the more professional side of things from this office. The view from the fourth floor is just other buildings, really. Being in Belapur is convenient because of the train station nearby. It makes commuting easier for the staff. We’ve got a routine here. We come in, check the reports, and deal with the paperwork that comes with the pharma industry. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work. If you miss a small number, it causes problems later. We don't have a lot of time for fluff. We just focus on the medicine side and the logistics. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but that doesn't happen too often. We have been in this spot for several years now. It’s a decent place to work, and the team is fairly steady. We don't try to sound like a big global giant. We are just a group of people working in Navi Mumbai, trying to do our jobs right every day and keeping things organized.
