We operate out of Plot No. N - 198 in the MIDC area. It is a typical industrial setting with plenty of trucks and other factories nearby. We spend our days working on different drug components. The facility isn't brand new, but it works for what we do. Working in an industrial zone like MIDC means we are used to the dust and the constant hum of activity. We have a set routine for every shift. Most of the staff live nearby, so we've become a bit of a tight-knit group over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, we just focus on making sure the batches are right. It’s practical work. Sometimes the power goes out or there's some maintenance to do, and we just deal with it as it comes. You won't find a lot of decorations in our hallways. It’s all about the production lines and the storage rooms. We take our jobs seriously because we know what we're making matters to people's health. The site is big enough for our needs right now. We keep the equipment clean and the floors swept, even if the outside of the building looks a bit weathered from the sun. It's just a regular place where people come to work, do their bit, and go home. We’ve been on this plot for a while and know all the neighbors around here.
