You can find us at the Shivdham Complex in Ambernath East, specifically room 204 of the Mahanandi building. It’s right there in Thane. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while. It’s a typical office setup, maybe a little cramped with all the chairs and the old printer that makes a weird noise sometimes. We do our work here, mostly associates sitting around discussing the day's tasks. It’s not a quiet place because there is always someone talking or a phone going off. We don't really bother with expensive furniture or big decorations. We just need a desk and a light that works. Being in Ambernath means we see a lot of local faces. People come up to the second floor looking for us. Sometimes we’re out on a site visit, so the place might be locked up for an hour or two. We try to stay on top of everything, but sometimes the paperwork piles up higher than we’d like. It’s just how it is when you’re a small group. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. If you need us, you usually just know someone who knows us. We’ve built it up slowly over the years. It’s practical work. No one here is wearing a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We just get on with it. It’s a simple way to run things, but it has worked for us so far.
