M S Eversmile Construction Co Pvt Ltd is located right here in Vasai West, over at the Mansi Co Op Housing Society on Ambadi Road. We’ve been around this part of Thane for a good while now, mostly handling local building work and small construction jobs that come our way. If you know the area, you know how busy Ambadi Road gets, so our office is always in the middle of everything. It’s not a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. We have a small team of guys who know their way around a site, and we spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking over blueprints before heading out. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially with all the local regulations, but we manage to get through it. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to put up solid walls and make sure the projects we take on actually get finished. You can usually find someone in the office during the day, though we might be out at a site if things are busy. It’s a lot of coordination with laborers and suppliers, and sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan, but that’s just construction for you. We just keep our heads down and do the work. Being in a housing society means we know our neighbors and we like to keep things friendly and straightforward with everyone we deal with.
