We operate M S Acron Developers from Sector 14 in Airoli. Our office is in the Mangaldeep Cooperative Housing Society, unit F3 304. It’s a quiet enough spot in Navi Mumbai, which is a nice change from the rush of the main city. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Dealing with property and development means we spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to contractors. Our office is pretty modest. We have some desks, a few cupboards full of old blueprints, and a map of the area on the wall. It’s not a high-pressure sales environment. We just talk to people and see what can be done. Some days are spent out on sites and others are spent right here in 304 doing the paperwork. Navi Mumbai is growing fast, and being in Airoli puts us right in the middle of it. We’ve seen many buildings go up around us. We aren't the biggest developers around, and we don't try to be. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Sometimes things get delayed or there are issues with the weather, but that's just part of the construction world. We try to be straightforward with everyone.
