We’ve got our shop, Lucky Tools & Instrument Suppliers, located in the Vijay Vihar Complex. We’re in A/304, Regal Accord, which is right in Evershine City. If you’re in Vasai East, you probably know where Arc Bhavan Hospital is; we’re right beside it. Being next to a hospital means it’s always busy around here. We’ve been supplying tools to people in Thane for a long time. It started with just a few items and now we have shelves full of different instruments. The space is a bit cramped because we keep adding more stock. It’s just the way it goes when you don't want to say no to a customer. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure things are in working order. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of grease and metal dust. We don't wear suits here. Mostly just work clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. People from the local workshops stop by often to see what we have. We know most of them by name. Sometimes we have tea together while discussing which tool is best for a specific job. Vasai has grown so much lately, but we’ve stayed right here in Evershine City. We don't see a reason to move when the community knows us. We keep the doors open and the tools ready for whoever needs them. It can get noisy with the traffic from the main road, but we just ignore it. We focus on the orders we have to fill each day.
