We are located at A/10 in Sector 5, Shanti Nagar. Most people know us because we’re right opposite the S.B.I. on Mira Road. It’s a handy spot for folks coming by after they finish their bank business. We work on mobile technology stuff, mostly parts and repairs and things like that. The shop isn't huge, so it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in. We have a couple of benches where the guys sit and work on the circuit boards. It’s quiet work mostly, focusing on the small screens and chips. Sometimes we have a backlog of phones to fix, and the counter gets buried under all the repair slips. Mira Road is a busy area, so there’s always someone popping in to ask a question or look for a specific cable. We try to keep things organized, but in a small shop, boxes tend to pile up in the corners. We’ve been in this part of Shanti Nagar for a bit and we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just fixing what's broken and selling what people need for their gadgets. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the summer, but we make do. It’s a local business, run by people who live nearby. We don't have a big fancy showroom, just a counter, a few display cases, and a lot of tools in the back.
