We aren't in one of those huge glass towers you see in the city center. Our spot is a bit more tucked away, which we actually like. It’s a bit quieter. Every morning we open up the office and start going through the resumes and calls. Staffing is what we do, so there’s always a lot of talking on the phone and meeting new people. The office is functional. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files. Sometimes the rains in Vasai make getting to work an adventure, but we’re usually here on time. It’s a local feel here. We know the shopkeepers nearby. People come in asking about jobs or how to fill positions they have open. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help connect people with work. It’s practical stuff. Most of our day is spent making sure the paperwork is right and the right people are talking to each other. It’s a decent place to work. We’ve been here in Maharashtra for a good bit now and feel like a part of the neighborhood.
