Our company, Linkage Infotech Private Limited, is based in the Thane district. Specifically, you can find us in Kalyan East within the Kolsewadi area. We work out of an apartment building called Maa Saptshringi Apt, and our unit is A/402. It is located in Siddharth Nagar. Working out of an apartment instead of a big office tower gives the place a much more relaxed and local feel. It is not the kind of place with a big sign out front, but we like it that way. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet during the day which helps us focus on our tasks. We have been in this spot for some time and it has served us well. The space is a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We do not use any fancy corporate talk here. We are just a group of people who come in and do our daily work. Most of our staff live nearby, so they do not have to deal with the long Mumbai commutes. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and we keep things pretty simple. There is no receptionist or big meeting room. We usually just talk across the desks when something needs to be discussed. It is a very straightforward way to run a business and it fits who we are as a company.
