Linia Engineering Services

Our office, Linia Engineering Services, is located at 505 Sai Sangam in Sector-15 of CBD Belapur. Being in Navi Mumbai’s business district means we are surrounded by other offices and a lot of commuters. Our space is on the fifth floor, and it’s a typical professional setup with desks, computer stations, and rolls of engineering drawings tucked into corners. We don’t go in for fancy decor or anything like that; the focus is entirely on the technical work we do. Most of the day is spent at our screens, working through designs or looking at project specifications. We are a small team, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and we all know each other well. We don't have a corporate mission or a list of values on the wall. We just aim to get the engineering details right so that the projects we work on are solid and safe. CBD Belapur is a busy place with lots of spots to grab food, which is great for our lunch breaks. The building itself is a bit older, so we deal with the usual issues like the elevators being slow or the air conditioning needing a repair, but it’s a good place to work nonetheless. We’ve been here for a while and have become a regular part of the Sector-15 business community, just doing our engineering jobs day in and day out without making much of a fuss.
