Leduka Kisan Producer Company Limited is based over in Leduka, specifically in the Badlapur area. Pankaj Kr Srivastav is the person who looks after things at the main address. We are a group of kisan, or farmers, who decided that we should probably work together instead of always trying to do things on our own. It gets lonely and hard working the fields by yourself, so this company brings us together. Pankaj handles the paperwork and the communication part of things from his spot. We spend most of our time out in the dirt, checking on the growth and making sure the pests aren't getting to the crops. Badlapur is a place where everyone knows the value of hard work, and we try to live up to that every day. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just want to make sure we get a good harvest and that everyone in our group is doing okay. Sometimes we meet up to discuss the prices at the market or how to get better seeds for the next round of planting. It is a very down-to-earth way of doing things, and we don't see any reason to change that. Being part of the Leduka community is important to us, and this company is just our way of keeping that community strong through farming.
