L&T

Our office for L&T is located in Badlapur West. We are in C Wing of the Shiv Shanti Housing Society, specifically Flat No 8 on the second floor. It’s right on the Kalyan-Badlapur Road. It’s a good location because the road connects us to the bigger towns, but Badlapur still has its own quiet feel. The housing society is a regular residential place, so we try to keep things low-key so we don't bother the residents. The office isn't very large, just enough for our team to sit and get the daily chores done. We have a lot of folders and computers hum all day. Working from a flat means it feels a bit more relaxed than a high-rise office. We don’t wear suits or anything like that unless there’s a really big reason. Most days it’s just casual clothes and hard work. The commute on the Kalyan road can be unpredictable, so we’ve learned to be flexible with our timing. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s an honest, small-scale way of running things. We stay busy with the local projects and handle all the admin stuff right here from the second floor. It’s been our home base for a long time and we’re quite comfortable with the setup.
