L K Jain Company

L K Jain Company operates out of Flat No 103 in the A 1 wing of Harmony Complex. We are in Boisar, which is part of the Palghar district in Maharashtra. It is a bit of a trek from the main city of Thane, but we like it here. The complex is usually quiet in the mornings before the heat sets in. Our office is basically a converted flat, so it feels very personal. We have a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle, and the main room is where all the work happens. There are files everywhere because we deal with a lot of documentation. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like kids playing or someone starting a motorbike downstairs. It is not a high-rise office with glass elevators. You just take the stairs or the small lift up to the first floor. We know the security guards and the other people living in Harmony Complex. Our work is steady and repetitive. We sit at our desks, answer the phone, and handle whatever comes across the desk that day. It is a humble setup. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. Just the calendars and maybe a photo or two. It is a real place run by real people who just want to do their jobs and go home at the end of the day. We have been here for a few years now and it suits us just fine. Some days the lift doesn't work, so we get a bit of exercise on the stairs.
