Kuswahas Farm2Factory (Opc) Private Limited

Our office is located right in the Railway Station Complex at Nerul, specifically Shop No E 109. It’s a busy spot with people constantly coming and going from the station. Running Kuswahas Farm2Factory from here is convenient, but it also means things are always moving fast. We focus on the bridge between the farm and the actual processing side of things. It involves a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially when there are delays with the transport. I’m usually the one handling the day-to-day stuff, and let me tell you, it’s not as easy as it looks on paper. There’s always some issue with a truck or a supplier that needs to be sorted out immediately. We aren't a massive organization with hundreds of employees. It is a very personal, small-scale operation. I spend a lot of time talking to people and making sure everyone is on the same page. The name might sound a bit technical, but the work is very manual and grounded. We don’t use any corporate talk here because we don't have time for it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep everything running as smoothly as possible in a place as hectic as Navi Mumbai. It’s a lot of hard work, but we’re used to it by now.
