Kushiwarta Agro Producer Company Limited

Kushiwarta Agro is located in Shindkhed, which is a small place in the Ghansawangi part of Jalna. We use House Number 47 as our main base of operations. It’s a quiet village where most of us have lived our whole lives. We started this producer company because we realized that working together is better than working alone. We are just a bunch of local farmers. There are no corporate suits or big offices here. We meet up at the house to discuss what we should plant and how the market is looking. Jalna can be a tough place to farm because of the heat and the water situation. We try to share what we know and help each other out with tools. It takes a lot of effort to keep the company going while also looking after our own crops. We handle all the paperwork and the accounts ourselves, so it’s not always perfect. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything fancy. We just focus on the crops that grow well in our soil. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or bad roads, but that’s just how it is here.
