We’re over in Naigaon West, right at House Number 330. If you know where the old ice factory is, we are directly opposite that. It’s a good landmark because everyone around here knows it. Being part of Kuoni Travel India, we handle all sorts of travel requests, but we do it from this local spot in Thane. The office is pretty basic. We have our desks, some old maps on the walls, and plenty of chairs for when people come in to discuss their trips. It’s not a sterile corporate environment. It feels more like a local shop where you can sit down and talk. We get a lot of dust from the road sometimes, and the noise from the ice factory area is always there in the background. We spend our time looking up train timings, hotel stays, and flight prices. It’s a lot of clicking through websites and making phone calls to confirm things. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow internet, but we make it work. Our staff has been here for a while, so we know the regulars who come in. We don't spend money on big ads; people just know we’re across from the factory. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of running a travel desk. We just focus on getting the job done right for the families and individuals who live nearby. It’s a busy life but we like being part of the Naigaon community.
