You’ll find us at Shop No. 147 and 148 inside the New Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation Market. It’s right on Santoshi Mata Road in Rambaug, just across from Suresh Towers. It’s a very busy market area. There’s always a lot of noise and people moving around. We deal with all sorts of IT stuff. Mostly it’s people coming in with broken laptops or looking for a basic printer. We’ve been in this market for a long time. It’s a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. There are boxes stacked up everywhere and parts on the counters. We don't have a website with a bunch of fancy photos. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign while they were out shopping. We try to help everyone who comes in, whether they just need a cable or a whole new setup for their office. It’s a bit chaotic some days when the market is full, but we like the energy. We don't do big corporate speak. We just tell you what it costs and when it’ll be ready. It’s a local business in every sense. Rambaug is a lively place, and we are glad to be right in the middle of it. We don't have a receptionist; you just talk directly to the person fixing your machine. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it’s our way of doing things. We just stay focused on the repairs.
