Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited

We are based at 101 A 1 Dev Krupa in Thane, over here in Maharashtra. Most of us here have lived in or around this area for quite some time. Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited set up this branch to be a simple, local point for people who need to get their banking done without traveling into the city center. The 421302 area is a mix of people just trying to get through their work week. The building, Dev Krupa, is a familiar sight for those who live on this street. We don’t have any big neon signs or anything like that. It’s just a standard office where we sit down and look at numbers all day. Sometimes the rain in Maharashtra can make things a bit messy outside, but it’s always business as usual inside the branch. We see a lot of different people, from shop owners to retirees. Everyone has their own way of doing things, and we try to adapt to that. There’s no script we follow when we talk to you. We just use plain English and try to be helpful. Banking can be a bit of a chore for some, so we try to keep it quick. It’s a practical location for the neighborhood. Having a bank close to home makes life a little easier for the folks in Thane. We’re just glad to be the ones working here at Dev Krupa. It's a nice little community to be part of.
