Unique Galvanising Solutions is located at B202, Fiza Apartment. This is on Plot 194/195 in Sector 12B of Kopar Khairane. Navi Mumbai has a lot of these sectors, and ours is a mix of living spaces and small industrial units. Galvanizing is messy work, so our setup is designed to be very practical. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. When you come up to Fiza Apartment, you’re coming to a place where we handle the technical side of the business. The paperwork happens here, and we coordinate all the galvanizing jobs from this desk. It’s often quite busy with the sounds of the neighborhood coming through the window. We’ve got samples of different finishes around the room so we can show people what the results look like. The area has a lot of small businesses like ours, so there’s a sense of community among the owners. We often talk to the guys in the next building about how business is going. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather is humid, but we’ve been doing this for a long time. Our desks are usually covered in technical drawings and schedules. We prefer it this way because it shows we are actually working. It’s a humble spot, but it’s where all the important decisions are made. We make sure every job is handled properly before it leaves our sight.
