We spend a lot of our time here at Rutu Business Park in Thane West. It is right off the LBS Marg service road, so if you know the area, you know how the traffic gets around Majiwada. The office is at unit 101. Most days are pretty much the same. Dealing with cranes and heavy lifting gear takes up most of our energy. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is just us catching up on paperwork and logistics. We have been in this spot for a bit now. Being in a busy part of town works for us. The tea guy downstairs knows us all by now. There isn't a big fancy lobby or anything, just a workspace where things get done. People come in to talk about parts or repairs. Keeping things organized is the goal, but when you are dealing with industrial machinery, there is always something moving. The staff here mostly lives nearby so we are used to the Thane commute. It is not always glamorous work, looking at technical specs and scheduling maintenance, but it is what we know. Desks, a few meeting rooms, and plenty of coffee help us get through the afternoons. If you are looking for the office, just look for the Rutu building near the flyover. Finding it on the service road is easy enough. We just keep our heads down and keep the cranes moving for the people who need them.
