Kiran Engineering

Kiran Engineering is based in Thane West, over in Dadapatilwadi. We’re in Block Number 2 of the Nav Chintamani Cooperative Housing Society. It’s a bit of an older building, and being in Navpada means it’s always busy outside on the streets. We’ve been working from this spot for quite some time. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of tools and materials packed into the unit. We mostly do general engineering work, taking on whatever comes through the door from local businesses or individuals. It’s not a massive operation. There’s just a few of us here. Sometimes we have to move stuff out onto the walkway just to make room to work on a larger piece. We don't have a website or a big sign. Most people find us because they live or work nearby in Thane. We spend a lot of time measuring, cutting, and welding. It’s hard work on the hands and back, but it keeps us busy. The neighbors are used to the noise of the grinders by now. We try to be helpful when someone comes in with a broken part. We don't talk much about things like strategy. We just focus on the job we have today and hope there’s another one tomorrow. It's a simple way to run a shop. We're just local guys doing our best to get the engineering work done right.
