Karandikar Technology Solutions Private Limited is right at 01, Ishan Chs on Ram Maruti Rd. in Naupada, Thane West. This part of Thane is always buzzing, so there is plenty of noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it. Being on the ground floor makes it easy to pop in and out. The office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space. We have our computers set up along the walls and a small area for storing files and equipment. Because we are on Ram Maruti Rd., it’s easy for us to grab a quick snack or coffee from the shops nearby when we need a break. The building, Ishan Chs, is an older one, but it has character. You can tell people have been living and working here for a long time. Inside, we keep things pretty casual. There’s no dress code, and we often have the radio playing softly in the background while we focus on our tech projects. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but it also makes the place feel lively. We handle a lot of different technical requests, and every day brings something slightly different. It’s a good spot to be in, right in the heart of things. We just try to stay focused and get through the workday without too much fuss.
