Kanunga Silk Millslic

We have been running things at Kanunga Silk Millslic for quite a while now. Finding our spot can be a bit of a puzzle if you are not from around here. We are located right by Deepika Medicals on Tadeli Road. It is in the Ashiwad Nagar area of Kamatghar, which is a busy part of Bhiwandi. If you know Thane and this district, you know how much movement there is with all the trucks and goods passing through. We mainly handle silk work in the mill. It is a lot of keeping the machinery going and making sure the fabric comes out okay. The air is always a bit thick with the smell of the mill and the dust from the road outside, but that is just how it is in this neighborhood. Most of us start the day early before the afternoon heat really kicks in. We do not have a fancy office or any big flashy signs. It is just a place where we get the work done. People sometimes get turned around looking for Ashiwad Nagar because the lanes all look similar, but once you see the medical shop, you know you are close. We have seen the area get much more crowded over the years with new buildings popping up everywhere. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the silk. It is loud but it is home.
