Kalsoft Enterprises Private Limited

We are based in Thane, in the Shubharambh CHS Phase I. Our office is at 5/503 in Chitalsar Manpada. It is a residential complex, so we are surrounded by families and regular everyday life. We are on the fifth floor, and it is a decent spot for a small software team. We have been here for some time now and have settled into a good routine. The office itself is pretty basic. We have got our monitors lined up and wires running across the floor. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We do software work and it keeps us pretty busy from morning until evening. Manpada is a good area to be in, with enough shops and places to eat nearby. We do not really do the whole corporate thing with meetings that last for hours. We usually just talk across the room when something needs fixing. It is a small group of us, so we do not need a lot of formal rules. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get them right. It is a simple business model. We are not looking for awards or big recognition. We just want to keep our computers running and our clients happy with the software we build for them. The view from the window is mostly other apartment blocks and some trees.
