Kailash Parbat Restaurant

We are located on the third floor of the Palm Beach Galleria Mall in Vashi. You can find us right in the food court area. It’s a busy spot, especially on the weekends when people come to the mall to shop or see a movie. Palm Beach Road is always packed with cars, so it’s a lively part of town. We’ve been part of this food court for a while. It’s a different environment than having a standalone shop on the street. Everything is fast-paced. We have our kitchen area tucked behind the counter where we prepare all the dishes. It gets quite noisy with the mall music and the sounds of people talking and eating. We don't have a private seating area; our customers just grab their food and find a spot in the general food court. It’s a practical way to eat. Our staff is mostly busy keeping up with the orders that come in during the lunch and dinner rushes. We try to keep the counter clean and the food moving out quickly. We aren't a fancy sit-down restaurant with white tablecloths. We’re a place where you can get a quick meal while you’re out running errands or hanging out with friends. It’s a lot of work to keep things running smoothly in such a crowded place, but we’ve got a good routine down now. We see all kinds of people every day, from families to office workers. It’s interesting to see everyone passing through while we work in the back.
