Kaass Creative

Our little office for Kaass Creative is tucked away in Mira Road. We are in Flat No 72, over in the B Wing of Kankshi Apartments. This building is part of the Shristi Complex in Sector 3. If you know Mira Road, you know how crowded it can get, but our corner of Sector 3 is actually okay. We do all our creative work from this flat. It’s not a big corporate studio with glass partitions. It’s just a regular apartment where we’ve set up our computers and some workspace. The B Wing lift works most of the time, which is good because we are on a higher floor. We spend a lot of time here just thinking and working on projects. Shristi Complex is a large area, so we tell people to look for Kankshi specifically. We’ve been here for a few years and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. There’s a lot of families around, so it’s a nice environment. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If you knock, one of us will just come to the door. We keep things very basic. We aren't trying to act like a big agency from South Mumbai. We are just local people in Mira Road doing our thing. Our desks are usually a bit messy with notes and drawings. That’s just how we work. It’s a practical space for what we need and it suits us just fine.
