K10 Technologies is tucked away in 203 Jay Malhar Apartment. It is right opposite Ashoka Vatika on Sunil Nagar road in Dombivali East. If you are coming from the station, it is a bit of a walk but not too bad unless it is raining hard. The 421 201 pin code area is always crowded. Thane district is like that, always moving and loud. We are on the second floor. The elevator works most of the time but sometimes we just take the stairs to save time. Inside, we have a few computers and some old chairs that we probably should have replaced years ago. You can see the trees over at Ashoka Vatika from the window if you stand in the right spot. It’s a decent view for a place in the middle of a busy residential block. We have been here for a while now. Most people in the building know us as the tech guys who are always glued to their screens. We drink a lot of tea from the stall downstairs. It is not a corporate setup with a reception desk or a person waiting to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and see us working. The walls are painted a light cream color that is starting to peel in the corners. It is a practical space for us. We handle the work as it comes in and don't worry too much about looking fancy for anyone who walks in the door.
