Our office is over on High Tension Road in Kandivali East. We are in unit C 301. K V A Engineers Consultants Pvt Ltd is basically a small team of us looking at plans and figures. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but we’re used to it. The view of the road is okay, mostly just traffic. We spend most of our time at our desks with drawings spread out. It’s a lot of math and checking things twice. We don't go for flashy presentations. If a client wants to see what we’re doing, we just show them the actual work. No glossing it over. We’ve been at this location for a good while. It's a bit messy with blueprints and coffee mugs, but that’s how we work best. We don't follow a strict corporate schedule. Sometimes we’re here late, sometimes we leave early if the work is done. It’s a real place with real people. We just focus on the engineering side of things and let everything else take care of itself. There’s a small shop downstairs where we get our snacks. Most of the people in the building know us. We aren't looking to expand into some massive firm. We like the size we are. It lets us actually know what’s happening with every single project we take on. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time and don’t plan on leaving.
