We are located in Goregaon West, over in the Jupiter building of Vasant Galaxy. It’s on the Link Road, which anyone who lives in Mumbai knows is always packed with cars. Our office is unit 804/C. It’s a typical Mumbai setup where you have a business running out of a residential-style complex. We deal with the steel trade from here. It gets noisy outside with all the construction and the traffic, but inside we just focus on the orders. There’s always a lot of phone calls going on. We handle a lot of the distribution for this side of the city. Since we are in Goregaon, we are close to a lot of the newer developments. The office is a bit small, but we make it work with the space we have. We’ve got desks squeezed in and files stacked up. It’s a busy environment. We don't really have a reception area or anything like that. People just come in, we talk about the steel requirements, and we get back to work. Living and working in Mumbai means you’re always on the move, and it’s no different here. We just try to make sure the steel gets to where it needs to go. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but that’s just part of the daily routine. We’ve been here for a while and know the area well, so it feels like home now.
