At Joy Thomas Engg.(P) Ltd., we are based in Navi Mumbai. Our place is at 394.Ss-3 in Sector 15, Koparkhairne. Engineering is a lot of hard work and thinking, and that’s what we do every day. It’s not always pretty. Sometimes the workshop is a mess of tools and parts, but that’s how you know work is getting done. We’ve been in Koparkhairne for a while now. Most of the people working here are locals who know the area well. We don't go in for big corporate talk or polished presentations. We just focus on the engineering tasks at hand. Sometimes projects take longer than we thought they would, and we end up staying late to finish them. It’s just the nature of the job. The office part is small, and we spend more time out where the actual work happens. Dealing with engineering problems can be frustrating at times, but we just keep trying until we get it right. We don't have any fancy slogans or big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. If you’re around Sector 15, you’ll see our shop. It’s a busy spot with a lot of noise, but that’s just us working. We like being part of the Navi Mumbai community and doing our part. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
