Our place is on the 6th floor of Gangeshwar Tower in Thane. It is a bit of a step up being in a proper tower building, but we still keep things very grounded here. At John Mech El Technologies Pvt Ltd, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking over technical problems. The view from the 6th floor is alright, you can see a bit of the city stretching out. We usually arrive early to beat the worst of the Thane traffic. The office has that typical smell of electronics and coffee. We have a few cabinets full of old files that we really should sort through one day. It is not a polished showroom. It is a place where we actually do the work. The staff here are mostly locals who have been with us for a while. We do not have big meetings for the sake of meetings. Usually, we just shout across the room if we need something. Sometimes the lift at Gangeshwar Tower is slow, so we end up chatting with people from the other offices while we wait. It is a good community. We keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It is a busy life, but it is what we know. We are just a group of people trying to run a decent business and keep everything moving smoothly.
