Jmc Projects (I) Ltd.

Our office for Jmc Projects (I) Ltd. is in Rooms 21 and 22, located in Sector 18 of Koparkhairane. This is in the New Mumbai area of Maharashtra. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of small shops and local businesses around us. We aren't in a fancy corporate park. Our workspace is just a couple of rooms in a commercial block where we handle the project coordination. It’s often a bit crowded because we have so many maps and site documents spread out everywhere. The staff here is used to the tight space and the fast pace of work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various contractors and site managers. Koparkhairane is a good location for us because it’s well-connected, which helps when we need to visit different project sites. We don't have a formal dress code or any of that corporate stuff. People just wear what’s practical for a day that might involve an office meeting or a trip to a construction site. The office has a very hands-on feel to it. There’s always someone coming in or out, and there’s usually a pot of tea going in the corner. We focus on the daily tasks and the technical details of the projects. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to get done by the end of the week. It’s a real, hardworking environment for regular people.
