Jmc Projects (I) Limited,Mumbai

We’ve been running Jmc Projects (I) Limited out of Mumbai for a good while now. Our office is specifically at H.No. 1703-04 in the Shivalik Tower. If you know the Thakur Complex area in Kandivali East, you know it’s a pretty active part of town. We are right there in the 400 101 zip code. It’s not a fancy corporate showroom or anything like that. It is just a practical workspace where our staff sits down to handle the daily grind of project management. The rooms are usually filled with stacks of blueprints and various site reports. Sometimes the elevators in Shivalik Tower can be a bit slow, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through schedules on the computer. We don't have a big reception desk with flowers. Instead, you'll probably just see someone at a desk covered in papers. The neighborhood is a mix of people living and working, which we like. It feels grounded. Being in Kandivali East means we are close to a lot of the action but tucked away enough to actually get some planning done. We’ve had this spot for years and it serves us well. We aren't here to give sales pitches. We just focus on the engineering and construction tasks that come our way, making sure the paperwork matches what is happening on the ground. It is just a normal office for normal people doing their jobs.
