We operate out of A 405 in the Tania Stephen Residency. It’s part of the Sri Prashtha Complex on 2nd Road. If you know Nalla Sopara West, you know it’s a busy area in the Thane district. We’ve been doing metal manufacturing here for a good while. The space isn't exactly a showroom; it’s where the actual work happens. You’ll hear the machines and see the guys working on different parts. It gets a bit hot during the summer months, but that's just part of the job. Jayant Metal Mfg Co Pvt Ltd is a small setup. We don't have a giant board of directors or anything like that. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. The address at Sri Prashtha Complex has been our home for years. We know the other business owners on 2nd Road. Sometimes the deliveries are a bit of a hassle because of the narrow streets, but we manage somehow. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in Thane. We just want to make sure the metal parts we produce are solid. It’s dusty and noisy, and our clothes usually have some grease on them by the end of the shift. That’s just life in a manufacturing unit. We take things one day at a time. If a customer needs something specific, we sit down and figure out how to make it happen. No polished speeches, just hammers and grinders and hard work every day.
