Our firm, Jain Jagtap And Associates, is situated in Neco Chamber in CBD Belapur. We are at Plot No 48, Sector 11, specifically in room 63. The landmark we usually give out is the Dakshin Hotel because it’s very near us. Navi Mumbai - 400614 is quite a bit different from the crowded streets of South Mumbai or the suburbs. It feels a bit more open here. Our office in Neco Chamber is where we spend the bulk of our week. It’s a functional space. We have the usual desks and cabinets. It’s not decorated with anything special, just the calendars on the walls and the stuff we need for work. Sometimes we go over to the Dakshin Hotel for a quick bite or a tea when the afternoon gets a bit slow. The area around Sector 11 has a lot of other offices too, so you see the same faces every day. We aren't a big, fancy company with a lot of employees. It’s just a few of us. We keep our heads down and get through the work. CBD Belapur is a good spot for us because it’s easy to reach and the building is well-maintained. We like the quietness of the sector compared to the busier parts of the city. It’s just a normal place for normal work, nothing more and nothing less.
