Jai Maharastra Snacks Centre

I started Jai Maharastra Snacks Centre at Shop No 1 on Murbad Road because I wanted something of my own. We are right there in Badlapur West. Every morning we open up early to get things ready before the crowd starts. It gets quite busy here once people head to work. We mostly focus on the usual snacks people like around here. There isn't much space, but we make it work. Sometimes the stove acts up or we run out of something, but that's just how it goes. My cousin helps me behind the counter when he can. We don't have fancy chairs or anything, just a few spots for people to stand and eat their food quickly. The traffic on Murbad Road is always loud, so we have to shout a bit to hear the orders. We do our own frying and mixing right in the back. It’s hot work, especially in the summer. People stop by for a quick bite on their way to the station or home. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and most of the regulars know us by name. We don't do anything special, just the same stuff every day. If you’re passing through Badlapur West, you’ll see our small shop right on the corner. It's nothing fancy, just a place for snacks and a bit of chat if we aren't too busy with the frying pans. It's a simple life but it keeps the bills paid.
