Our place, Jacobs Engg Pvt Ltd, is located over in Louiswadi, right in Thane West. It is a bit of a bustling neighborhood, and we have been set up here for a while. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get our engineering work sorted out every morning. Thane has changed a lot since we first started, but Louiswadi still has that local feel that we like. We spend most of our hours here looking at drawings and talking about projects. It gets a bit noisy outside with the road traffic, but we don’t mind much. It’s part of the day-to-day rhythm of being in this part of town. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down, sometimes later if the work piles up. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who know the ropes and get along okay. It is a straightforward way of working. We don't bother with fancy corporate talk or long meetings that don't go anywhere. Usually, we just sit down, figure out what needs doing, and then we do it. Sometimes we take a break to chat about the local news or whatever is happening on the street. It is a decent spot to be in, and we are quite content staying here and doing our thing without needing to move to a more polished space.
