You can find us over at Flat No. 402 on Plot Z 7/8 in the Anugrah CHS building. We are located in Shabaaz Gaon, right in the CBD Belapur area of Navi Mumbai. It’s a lively spot with a lot of activity going on every single day. Ispat Industries Limited has been running from this address for quite some time now. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we get the industrial work done. Most days, we are busy coordinating with different sites and making sure the steel supply chain is moving along. The building has that typical Navi Mumbai feel, and the 400614 area is pretty convenient for getting around to different clients. We have a small group of people working here who have been with the company for a lot of years. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, but we do take the deadlines seriously. There’s always a stack of invoices on someone’s desk and the sound of a printer going in the background. We prefer it this way, keeping things simple and direct. No one wears suits unless they absolutely have to for a meeting with someone important. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the local tea stall downstairs is the highlight of our afternoon break. It's just a regular workplace where people show up, do their jobs well, and go home to their families at night. We’ve built up some good relationships over the years just by being consistent.
