Ipsum & Fingenti Private Limited

Our place is over at Plot No C-150 in the T.T.C Industrial Area. That’s in the MIDC part of Pawane, Navi Mumbai. It’s more of an industrial setting than a fancy downtown office with glass walls. Ipsum & Fingenti Private Limited is the name we use for everything. Being in Pawane means we are surrounded by other businesses and warehouses, so it’s a pretty hardworking environment all around. It can get a bit dusty and loud with all the trucks and machinery moving around the industrial estate, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t have a big reception or anything like that for visitors. It’s just a practical workspace where we can focus on what needs to be done each day. Navi Mumbai is quite large, but this specific TTC area is where you’ll find us most days of the week. We’ve been at C-150 for a while. There’s no need for any flashy signs or anything like that on the building. People who need to find us usually know the way through the MIDC roads. It’s an honest sort of place to work. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else around here. The industrial area has its own pace, and we fit right into that. It’s not the quietest spot, but it’s where we are based and it works for what we do. We like the no-nonsense feel of Pawane.
