International Facility Engineers

We are located in Dombiwali West, in the Ganesh Nagar area. Specifically, we’re in flat 101 of the Saideep Housing Society, which is right behind the church. It’s a residential area, so it’s fairly quiet most of the time except when the kids are playing outside. International Facility Engineers is run by a small group of us who have backgrounds in maintenance and building systems. We use this space as our main office for coordinating all our field work. It’s not a shop or a factory, just a place with a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of maps of the city. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or responding to emails from clients who need help with their facilities. Since we are in a housing society, we try to keep things low-key and not bother the neighbors. Most of the real work happens at the sites we visit across Thane and Maharashtra. Sometimes we meet here in the mornings to plan out the day before everyone heads out. The office is a bit small, and the shelves are stuffed with technical manuals and old project folders. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. It’s a convenient location for us because it’s easy to get to the station. We don't have any fancy signs outside. People usually just know us by word of mouth or through our local contacts.
