Our office is situated at 86 2 Alpha Chs, Shivganga Ngr, right near the Children's Park in Ambarnath East. Being in Thane district, it’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the area itself is alright. It’s more of a residential spot than a commercial hub, so you hear kids playing in the park sometimes during the day. We are on the ground floor mostly. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and computers, but we make it work. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the gate. Most people who work here live in the nearby buildings or come from the station. We handle back-office work and some customer support stuff. It’s a regular routine. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the pile of work. The building is an older cooperative housing society style. It’s got that lived-in feel. We aren't trying to be the next big global giant or anything; we just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to wait a bit, which is just how it goes here. It’s a very local operation. No one wears ties or formal suits. We just wear what's comfortable and get on with it. That’s the way we’ve always done it here in Ambarnath. We have been here for years now and it works.
