Intelec Systems And Solutions is based in Thane West, specifically at Jagat Enclave, Flat No 46, Plot No 05 in Lokmanya Nagar. Working out of a flat gives the whole place a very different vibe than a standard office. It’s a bit more personal, though it can get crowded. Thane is a busy place to be, and our area always has something going on outside. The building itself is just a regular residential complex. We have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't make too much noise. The lift works most of the time, which is lucky since we are on a higher floor. Inside, we have our desks set up in the main rooms. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea and heat up our food. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. We don't have any big posters about innovation or anything like that. We just have our computers and our work. The view from the balcony isn't much, just more buildings and the street below. We’ve been at this location for a while and it’s convenient for getting around Thane. Most of us just wear casual clothes and get on with it. It’s a very practical and grounded place to work. We don't need any bells and whistles to get our jobs done. It’s just a small team in a flat doing their thing every single day.
